"Pool was our kids (2&5) favorite part. We never had to leave the property. Wish there was a breakfast package/buffet available. Beach was awesome.. shelling… amazing. Would 100% recommend charter with Captain Randy, he asks what you want/ expect for the day and makes it reality. We had dolphins chasing us to a private island to shell, everyone loved it! We have planned our trip for next year with family."

"Property was as described and well maintained inside and out. It was the perfect location and had all the amenities that you need! The property owners want the thermostat no lower than 72 degrees for fear the A/C would possibly freeze. If you need it lower I would inquire. We like it cooler, however the property was comfortable at 72 and we used the ceiling fans."

"The house is slightly dated and would benefit from some minor cosmetic upkeep. The 5 ensuite, king size bedrooms were spacious. And the screen enclosed pool with overflow hot tub along with the shuffleboard, pool, and fooseball tables provide for abundant entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, general store, and beach access within 5-10 minute walks. Great Location."

"We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!"
