"Beautiful property with excellent amenities—we really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to provide daily housekeeping instead of every other day. Also, while construction is ongoing, it would be appreciated if guests could be assigned rooms farther away from the construction area whenever possible. Unfortunately, our room was very close to it, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and we would definitely consider staying again."

"It took more than two hours to check in after check point of 4:00 pm - We supposed to get a call to confirm that the room was ready, a call that never happened. There has been a lot of rain so it did not help to have a clear view of the whole property. Restaurants are of good quality and the staff was very nice."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost Heaven was exactly that! It checked off all the boxes for our family! We loved that it was just across the street from the beach. The Pool and putting green area was well used also! We will definitely consider it for our next trip to Sanibel/Captiva!"

"Just had a really nice week here. It's exactly as pictured and described. The resort grounds are nicely landscaped and pretty quiet. We didn't realize it's part of a gated community which also gave us some peace of mind about security.The style may not be modern, but all furniture and appliances are clean, comfortable, maintained and working well. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. (even a knife sharpener). Has a Keurig and drip coffee. TV's have lots of free channels but couldn't find how to access the smart TV features in the living room. Internet is fast (we were getting nearly 500Mbps).Very short walk to the beach (although a rented cart made it especially easy). We had neighbors but wall soundproofing seems very good and patio windows are very thick. You hear people going up and down the stairs through the front door but it was never bothersome. Screened in patio/balcony with comfy chairs is a big plus for morning coffee/evening sit with a great view and no bugs. Some beach toys, chairs and a cooler also available although we didn't use them.Had a couple of minor asks of the host and they responded quickly. Two things we didn't like: 1) The patio is really the only window (we wouldn't open the bedroom blinds as it opens onto the stairwell). So, natural light beyond the living room is a bit lacking. 2) Lack of ceiling fan for airflow in the bedroom although there is a desk fan in there. Regardless, I would highly recommend the property."

"This home is located in South seas plantation resort. Through a gated entrance. It’s helpful to know that otherwise you’re driving up and down the main road through Captiva, trying to find out how to get to the house. Other than that, house is large and clean and it supplied with everything you need for your vacation"

Beach Villa 2112 - Renovated one bedroom gulf front condo

"The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The weather was awful but there is no control over Mother Nature. There were 2 pools nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance. The property was very nice."
