"We enjoyed many aspects of the home and our trip overall, but there were several issues that significantly impacted the experience.The biggest frustration was the confusion surrounding the pool and spa heat. We were initially told the heating system was unavailable and that neither the pool nor spa could be heated. However, the spa was later activated remotely through an app, and after eventually receiving instructions, we were able to operate it ourselves. Since the pool and spa share the same heater, it appeared the pool heat could likely have been enabled as well — especially frustrating because we had offered to pay for pool heat upfront. Clearer communication would have made a big difference.There was also a miscommunication regarding late checkout. We were offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout via text, accepted immediately, and received confirmation that our request had been received. Since no one advised otherwise, we reasonably assumed it had been approved. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew arrived before 11:00 AM asking why we were still there, which led to a rushed and uncomfortable departure.Additionally, there were a few maintenance and usability issues that should be addressed, including a bedroom door that would not close because it caught on the carpet, a broken chair that appeared to be a safety concern, and limited seating in the family room for larger groups."

"It was okay. Wouldn’t stay again. The condo needed updating. It was too utilitarian and definitely screamed rental property. It was very clea, but the scent of Fabuloso was overpowering . Pool wasn’t available until our third day. Too many text messages from management was annoying. "

"Grounds are under construction and renovation so it was busy with workers. Needed to navigate around construction vehicles and roped off work areas. That’s a temporary inconvenience. Booked a king bed room and given 2 queens so had to move. Used Google Maps for restaurants on the grounds to find out we needed to use the paper map handed to us. Beaches were fabulous! Lounge chairs and towels available at the beach for us all. Beach was clean. Restaurants off grounds were awesome and better priced. Sunset was awesome!!!"

"The condo was an excellent weekend escape for us! It is well maintained and the living space is even larger than expected! The kitchen is very well equipped with anything one may need. The check in and check out processes were a breeze and the communication was quick! We had a minor issue with the AC, but it wasn't until our last day and the host immediately responded when we reported it. The beach access was delightful and easy and the pool was quiet and well kept. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Beautiful location...right on the beach and easy to get around the island.The house needs some TLC...plantation shutters in master need to be fixed so they don't keep popping open. Seal around front door needs some help...these flying insects were getting through and had to go around killing at least two dozen. Ended up having to turn the front porch lite off and spraying Raid around the door. Ice maker did not work.The house is nice but very spartan in terms of amenities...including pillows for the couch.Suggest you stop at the local store and pick up some basics.Other than that, I would probably go back if they put some basic maintenance into the place."
