"Comfortable, convenient, friendly and efficient.Superb value for money. The added facility of coffee and tea making facilities and home baking was a very welcome touch. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfussy. The breakfast choice was excellent, with the added treat of fresh home baked bread. The breakfast room was somewhat utilitarian and could have been improved by some wel chosen pictures on the walls and possibly a carpet or rug under the tables, but otherwise perfectly adequate....

"I recently had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at this charming B&B, conveniently nestled in a prime location with easy access to public transportation and the heart of Edinburgh. Despite the owner, Cathy, being away on vacation, her warmth was matched by the hospitality of her daughter, Erin, and son-in-law, Jamie, who were exceptional hosts during my stay. The accommodations were top-notch: from the comfortable bed ensuring restful nights to the modern bathroom equipped with strong water...

"The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly and there was a nice selection of snacks and breakfast items in our room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the bar was good too. Our only complaint was that there was no WIFI for our entire stay which made it difficult for planning some activities due to the fact everything is booked online these days. "

"I like the location. The bus is just next to the house. The responsable gave us some information about the famous attractions in Edinburgh. He has a dog called Tom. He's very friendly. It was the first time i wasn't scared of a dog. I noticed just that the room isn't warm enough. But in general i liked the experience"

"Overnight stay in July 2020. Excellent location, perfect property for myself and my partner as we looked to explore a little bit of Edinburgh. Lovely hostess, GREAT breakfast. Arty, bohemian, chic and just a quaint and quirky little flat which was perfect for us. Will return definitely!! Ps the Poltergeist may in fact just be true as it would appear the artwork had all been skewed slightly in the morning! Lol. Great experience all round!"
