"Staff is very friendly, it is clean, services are exellent, the only thing I did not like it is not so good condition under the water on the beach - a lot of grass, otherwise everything is excellent."

"We traveled with our 15 year old and it was great. Safe, lots to do and the staff is very friendly. Our room was a bit dated but it looks like they are revamping. A few suggestions. Plastic wine glasses would be a huge upgrade. We recommend bringing your own Yeti for water fill ups etc. The food was great and the drinks had some top shelf options which were nice. We have two older college students and we will be back when we have them as well! Great stay and we look forward to coming back! "

"Amazing place and facilities! We stayed in the Colonial Club and had the most amazing butler Luis! There is always something to do and the place is very clean. Just a few minor tweaks with the quality of food, speed of service, some renovations and this could easily be a five star hotel."

"The hotel was decent the room was nice and housekeeping did a good job cleaning. The rooms do need to be updated and it's a funny smell in the hallways. They need more liquor options or put more liquor in the drinks doesn't seem that strong . Everyone was nice The food was good will . Will visit again "

"We enjoyed our stay here, we're foodie individuals and felt the dining options could of been a little better. We did enjoy the jerk pork. The welcome drinks was amazing, and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to Atlantis... walked by the marina so beautiful seeing the different yachts and the scenery at night. The little addition of the pool and ping pong table was fun, various games available too. Overall, hubby and I had great time and relaxed. "
