Great weeks holiday in a lovely comfortable cottage. Well equipped with the bonus of 2 coffee machines to choose from. Owners supplied a wealth of information for surrounding area to include eating out, walks, attractions etc.

Fantastic property. Cleanliness is really important to us and we have never found anywhere so well kept. No sign of any previous guests or dust. Everywhere looked as though it was freshly decorated.Everything was as described and like the photos. Second toilet (ground floor) makes shared living much easier.Had the weather been warmer, we would have really loved using the enclosed patio area. But it was clear that the house could be made cosy in the winter but plenty of ventilation on hotter days. We really enjoyed the Ingleton Waterfalls trail (worth the hard work and entrance fee), Seasons bakery (fresh bread, cakes & savouries) and The Marton Arms (Amazing service and Sunday dinner). I stayed with my husband, mother and her 2 dogs. The stairs are steep with a bend but sturdy hand rails made them suitable for mum, even after the waterfalls walk (with hip & knee replacements). We'd definitely book again and recommend. If I had to find one 'criticism': the entry road is quite tight. I wouldn't want to bring a large vehicle, although the supermarket deliveries seem to manage, so it's obviously possible. We'd enjoy a TV in the master. Thanks for a lovely stay!
