Tiki tide is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom duplex walking distance to the beach. Bottom level has a garage ready for your vacation. Filled with a Tiki Bar, darts, fooseball table, bikes, sauna, grill, beach chairs and lots of toys. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Walk upstairs to the first porch, enter the home and find an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. This level has a bedroom with a full size/ twin bunk bed. Enjoy the flat screen TV, wireless internet, dining for 8 people and kitchen with all the comforts of home. Upstairs you will find not one but two master bedrooms. Both with King sized beds and their own ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own TV. One master bedroom has private porch to relax. The home is outfitted with a set up essential toiletries, and basic cleaning supplies. Linens and bath towels are provided, and enjoy use of full size washer and drying during your stay. For additional guests, there are 2 foldable mattresses available. Traveling with young children, enjoy having a pack-n-play, high chair and cot.

We absolutely loved this property! We had 4 kids ages 2,5,11,15 and they were all pleased. The location is perfect, owners are responsive but not overbearing. It was so nice having all the beach gadgets in the garage because less stuff we had to truck from Florida. And yes, we came to Carolina beach from Florida. It was way different atmosphere and we will be back again soon!

We were so happy with our stay. There was plenty of games, toys, bikes, activities for the kids and adult to stay entertained when the weather didn't cooperate. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking meals etc. Liz was easy to communicate with and was always prompt with her replies. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again!

We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach and the garage is filled with everything you could need for a beach trip. We had a couple rainy days so it was nice to have the garage has hangout space. The bedrooms are large, there's laundry onsite, and the open concept kitchen and living room were great for entertaining. The property is also close to many restaurants, ice cream, the boardwalk, and driving distance to Wilmington.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was close to a quiet public beach access. The bikes were convenient for traveling around Carolina and Kure beaches. I loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking some of our meals. However the local restaurants were great too! We had a relaxing lunch at Havana’s during the week and we enjoyed some live music at The Sea Witch on our last night. Thanks for offering a well appointed home base for our family to make memories!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. My husband and I stayed for the week with our three year old. Accessing the property was easy and we found things clean and orderly. Short few blocks to the beach, and there is a public parking lot if you prefer driving down. With only the three of us staying, we had lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies. Definitely made our stay in the area peaceful and enjoyable!

This was our first time going to Carolina Beach. We usually go to OBX. Beach access is really just up the street so it was not a long walk at all. The house was clean and accommodated 6 adults. i spent mornings and evening on the balcony which i loved . We enjoyed exploring the area and will probably visit again.

We traveled north from Texas to the beach instead of south this year, so we could meet up with our North Carolina family (my mom, her husband, my aunt, and several cousins). The house is perfectly located, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our host was super helpful, and we cannot wait to go back. We rented a golf cart, went to a lot of places, and we still didn't scratch the surface of this great beach town. Until next time!

The house was ready and perfectly clean! The location is perfect to the beach, the bikes made the trip to,the boardwalk easy! Having the bunk bed room on main level and masters on top one is perfect when you have teenagers! Washer and dryer could use update though. Linens and towels are of great quality. We met the cleaning crew and the owner, very nice company. It was a very relaxing week! Thank you!

Overall the property was really nice. It was located like 2-3 blocks away from beach access which normally would have been fine, except for the record heat/humidity this year. The house had plenty of room for three adults and two teenagers. Most of the amenities were as advertised, except for the grill that needed a deep clean (which Liz was great about communicating and taking care of). The house was mostly clean, but we did find hair that wasn’t ours in the blankets and a few small bugs here and there. Check in and checkout were easy and the two porches made our evenings very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

House was super clean and ready to go upon check in, which consisted of a door code (no office check in/out or keys to deal with). Conveniently located to a quieter part of the beach which was awesome! Beach chairs/toys, bikes, linens, towels, start up household items were included making it hassle free. We appreciate the owners and management company for providing such an inclusive rental!
