"We were given a room in what felt like the attic. Although spacious, the only window offered a view of the roof. There were many stairs to climb with all of our luggage, as the lift didn’t go all the way to the level we were on. Thankfully we are quite able, I can’t imagine being a senior and trying to navigate the narrow steps. I’m not sure how it’s determined who gets placed up there, but I feel that for the price we paid for the room we should have had a bit of a view and not had to carry our...

"A little farther out of Galway than I realized when booking. There was some kind of teenagers party going on that evening. When my husband and I stopped by the bar for a nightcap, the staff ignored us for a good 15 minutes. When we went up to bed we were awoken numerous times by teens running up and down the halls banging and screaming at the doors. "
