" This hotel is self check in. If you are staying in the apartments, remember that you are in a separate building and you don't have access to the coffee or the rooftop lounge that is in Aura House. No biggie because my family didnt come to spend time in our room. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and nightlife. There is a really cool skate park up the road with a beautiful seaside view. If you are lucky enough to stay in Apartment B, you will be serenaded to sleep by the sweetest little Coqui. If you try to copy his whistle, he will just get louder and chirp faster lol. Be mindful that PR is in a water crisis. You very well may come back to your room and find NO running water. There is a supermarket right down the road. Just go and get yourself a few gallons until the next water delivery. If you come here with an entitled attitude, you will be disappointed. But if you come to Puerto Rico with an open mind and respect for the locals, you will feel right at home. I can't wait to come back! Wepa! "
