"The staff is great! Alanna at the front desk is welcoming and helpful the moment you want in. Tony at the bar makes the best pina colada’s and local recommendations in town. Also David the Operations manager is lovely to work with. The hotel is actively being renovated so something to keep in mind. We were placed in one of the older rooms but still had everything we needed. The pool and gym were really nice and restaurant is excellent, it’s a must try! "

"Saw a roach in our room. Mattress was pretty bad—probably picked it up at the Salvation Army. They tacked on a $50 service fee without telling us. Plus tax on the $50. Plus a $30 charge for valet parking. Breakfast was pretty nasty. Internet access and TV connection were spotty. Otherwise it was great! "

"The place is great friendly staff clean very modern i would of gave 5 stars but the location is party area too loud too many people partying not a place if you have a family or trying to rest, good for those looking for a night life, also no parking spots have to park in street."

"Needs updates, some outdoor furniture had ripped pillows, elevators two not working , room I had was on the side of street so was very noisy at night but staff was friendly "

"The kitchen was dirty. The room was too small and we had to wash our own bed sheets because they were stained. we stayed at a diffrent room and the room was still small but seemed cleaner. "
