The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for a coffee break or breakfast. They also always have coffee/tea and AMAZING pastries like pastel de nata that...

"Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. Great service, outdoor area, restaurant, and clean."

It would have been great if we could have shampoo and conditioner, and if your stay is longer than 3 days, to have an additional towel change included in the hostel cost (not extra). The apartment was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The host was wonderful!
