The pillows are very soft so you may want to bring one from home if you like a firmer but not to firm pillow. No draws, clock or USB outlets in the renovated rooms. Bathroom renovated and clean. I recommend this property. "

"This was such a cool hotel to stay in! From the time we reserved the staff members have been helpful and friendly, messaging us ahead of time to offer dinner reservations and special requests. The hotel is gorgeous, we picked a corner room and had views of the mountains and cool buildings from every window. The bed was very comfortable, beautiful bathroom and we love the little gifts of a canvas bag and night masks. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had a great stay. The location is a 3 minute walk from the market Street area, which has shopping and many dining options. Very walkable, pleasant area if Roanoke. "
