"What an amazing time we had in Venice and this hotel was authentically Venice. The staff amazing, took our bags up the stairs and back down, took our bags to the water taxi, ordered the taxi, buffet breaky was so good. They offered any info needed in Venice and checked us in 3 hours early. The rooms were beautiful we had a family room "

"We liked that fact that it was large and well equipped with everything one would need. But, we didnt like that there were a lot of other guests' leftover and used amenities. This felt unclean. It would have been better to get rid of all those leftover items and put small but fresh shampoo/conditioner and shower gel bottles like they offer in hotels. This way we know it wasn't used by other people. The apartment was very dated and needs a good renovation. Ceilings were too low and my husband...
