Die Lage am Meer ist unübertroffen! Wir waren werktags im April da, so dass es abends ruhig war. Nur das Meer rauschte. Ansonsten war es nicht so positiv: die Wohnung ist nicht heizbar, nur im Schlafzimmer durch die sich allein dort befindliche Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung war nicht geputzt und nicht vorbereitet, obwohl wir Tage vorher gebucht hatten. Das warme Wasser in der Küche und in einem Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, weil der Boiler ständig einen Kurzschluss verursachte. Die Piezozündung am Herd funktionierte auch nicht. Die Gasflammen loderten auch bei der geringen Einstellung. Das ganze Haus wirkte ungepflegt. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst und hätten wir nicht schon gezahlt, dann wären wir gegangen. Im übrigen spricht Giovanni kein Englisch. Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wir hatten die Wohnung oben rechts ( vom Tempel abgewandt.)

Giovanni kümmert sich

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren schon häufiger Urlaub in dem Objekt gemacht. Die Lage ist außerordentlich schön und man kann es sich sehr gemütlich machen. Am Bett im ersten Zimmer könnte man noch etwas arbeiten...es wackelt etwas und ist laut. Aber: in der Vergangenheit hat Giovanni das Objekt immer wieder verbessert. Die Bäder/Duschen sind z.B. neu gemacht, die Boiler sind aktuell, die Leitungen und Terrassenmöbel wurden ebenfalls erneuert. Das ist sehr erfreulich. Trotz Nachsaison war das Appartment gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und alles voll funktionsfähig. Und ich bin mir sicher: falls Giovanni Verbesserungsbedarf sieht, wird er diesen umsetzen. Danke für eine sehr schöne Zeit.

beautiful location on the beach

The apartment was located on the beach with a large balcony for sitting and enjoying the wonderful view of the sea. Our flight arrived late on a weekday, but Giovanni was very accommodating and met us when we arrived at the location to show us where to park and let us into the apartment. The air conditioning is limited to the two bedrooms, but very often there was a breeze off the ocean which made the rest of the apartment comfortable. All in all a great experience with lots of restaurant options nearby.

Absolutes Desaster

Die Wohnung entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos im Inserat! Extreme Gerüche nach Kanal ain allen 3 Badezimmern. Aussicht vom Balkon seitlich, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, nicht möglich. Gasherd nur zu 50 % Nutzbar, Gesundheitsgefährdend duch gebrochene Bodenklappe, Anzünden der Brennstellen teilweise nur mit offenem Feuer möglich, da Piezzozündung defekt. 3 Cappuchino-Tassen für 4 Gäste. Terasse, incl. Terassenmöbel bei Einzug nicht gereinigt. Hausflur verdreckt, gebrauchte Paüiertaschentücher etc. Hier wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts getan. Feststeller für die Fensterläden und seitliche Markise auf der Terasse nicht nutzbar da total unbeweglich durch verrosten.
