"While the Hotel Earl is a clean, modern, and perfectly located gem near downtown Charlevoix, my off-season stay was a mixed bag due to winter conditions and maintenance hurdles. The room was immaculate and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, but the experience was dampened by an unplowed parking lot and the loss of major amenities, including a closed pool and hot tub due to a leak and an unattended lobby bar. Because I booked through a third-party vendor, no compensation could be offered for these missing features—and I even ended up paying for my full two-day reservation despite checking out a day early—but as I wasn't there on vacation, it was a manageable trade-off. I would certainly return during the peak season to experience the hotel at its full potential, especially to enjoy the rooftop bar overlooking the lake."

"I couldn't have asked for a more cozy, comfortable place to stay. Also our host had everything setup for entertainment along with a view that is amazing. I would re-book in a heartbeat. "

"Clean, newly refurbished cabin! We enjoyed staying in on a rainy weekend and doing a little shopping in Charlevoix. Cozy fire kept the place warm for end of October. We didn't need to turn the heat on. Great kitchen to cook in! Really close to Charlevoix and Ironton. "

"Beautiful lake views, house was spotless. The host Jamie was very friendly and helpful, kitchen had everything to make your stay enjoyable and we enjoyed the kayaks!! Highly recommend the Loeb Lake house!"
