If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. "We loved it! Everything was as listed, bed was comfortable and there was an air mattress provided for a second place for someone to sleep. We did stay during the "off season" but talked about booking again "in season" when TC and Sutton's Bay are in full swing! "

We loved the space and open plan of the house for our family of 6. Easy access to the water, with amazing views out the back windows and deck. Host was easy to work with, responsive to questions.
