"The rooms are very big and has a beautiful view. Lots of great amenities and very friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The only down fall was that we weren’t there 10 minutes and my daughter & I got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Thank u Gatlinburg Firefighters coming to our rescue. We really did wish that they had security or someone in the office after 5:00pm. Accidents do happen but took a little bit to get ahold of someone when we got stuck so had to call 911."

"I normally do not leave any type of reviews. But I felt compelled to leave a review for timber at Holli branch. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were lovely and the fire pits outside were such a nice touch. We went with our friends for a mini vacation. We sat by the fire pit in the evenings and met other people who were also vacationing. The atmosphere was perfect. I would 100% return to timber. You really will not be disappointed. Great place for a fabulous price. I hope to get back there soon.!"

"Very nice hotel far away from the main strip that it was quiet at nights but still easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. BE CAREFUL OF PARKING. The parking lot and garage are very tight. If you bring a larger vehicle, it's probably best to park in the lot next door (which is allowable). Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. And lovely views, too. We would stay here again."
