"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "

"Property itself is beautiful, location is amazing! Downfalls: property management company impossible to get a hold of. They give you one towel per person per stay, and you can't use the washing machine to wash the towels, they provide a contact number that they don't answer. Neighbour's above are loud.. "

We loved the location - right in the heart of the city and with many attractions and restaurants in walking distance. Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal."
