"Front desk staff are super helpful and helped us with so many things such as transit tickets, tour, train and taxi arrangements. They always have answers to our questions, especially Clayton who helped us with a taxi as we were almost late for our train, and Lonilzo too and a lady (sorry forgot to ask for her name) who drew a touring map for us for our first day touring Alfama. Food is good quality. Highly recommend."

"first room I had was a bit grim. The wonderful staff changed the room for me and were very helpful and accommodating. super convenient location to everything, was a shame the lift didnt work, quite a few flights of stairs to get to the room. Its a very old property but basic and had everything necessary provided. "

"Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Thank you Santa Justa for making our vacation so memorable!!"

"To stay here is to be reminded of what a five-star hotel is intended to be: spacious rooms, soothing ambience, efficient, cheerful service, and an excellent restaurant. Its setting away from the downtown allows for views out of the rooms which feel like you’re in the country. The price of this location is that it takes a little longer to get to some of the main sights of the city, but this is a small price to pay for what you get in return. Highly recommended."
