Property was great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only issue I had was I never got any email about the transport they do is to the hotel from the train station or airport. So on our last day found out that we had to pay to get to the airport. Other than that hotel and staff was great.

Very nice hotel with many dinning options nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. It’s about a good 30 minute walk to the major attractions and the hot temperatures in June made for a few pit stops back to the hotel. All in all a pleasant experience.

"Great central location in Baixa close to Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, and Mouraria. We found it easy to walk almost anywhere and there was a metro stop close by for easy movement around the city. Staff was kind and our room was very clean. Despite being so close to Rossio Square, our room was quiet. ..."
