"The staff was helpful. The location was convenient to the historic area. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Our stay did not include breakfast although they had a very lovely looking breakfast area. There are so many local eateries within a short walk including so many pastel de nata bakeries to choose from and to grab a coffee. The complaint is that the hotel limited us to one bottle of water for a three day stay."

"Very quiet and comfortable and well located. The rooms are small as is typical in Europe. The shower was great and I liked that there was a lighted make up mirror and a full length mirror. Lighting was also good in the bathroom. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The only thing that is unusual is you have to turn in your metal key every time you leave and you pick it back up when you return. I would stay there again. The staff had very good recommendations for everything Lisbon."
