Absolutely fantastic hotel which is really made by the excellent staff - I've never experienced such exceptional service. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Informative and fun walking tours of the city; wonderful breakfast; and use of the spa all included. Very nice restaurant and bar which we took advantage of when we were tired after a day of sightseeing (reasonably priced and a discount for hotel guests). Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Great location - easy walk to the main square, tram and busy stop right at the hotel. No room for improvement!

The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all.
