This hotel had the best customer service of any we have stayed. The free walking tour (nice job Anna!) was very well done, moving at a perfect pace with a knowledgeable leader. The rooms were immaculate and the ambient lighting and music in the shower was a nice touch. The location is great and we would highly recommend.
