"Located a street away from the main tourist street, this is a well appointed hotel. Check in was easy and the room was smartly designed in terms of efficient user of space and modern amenities. Soundproofing was also excellent given there was always something happening in the street. Location means you are within a comfortable walk of the key Lisbon activities and transport connections"

"What a treat to stay in this fabulous suite. I thought it would be a little kitchenette alongside a living room but not at all. A fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, plus a large living room and bedroom. The single sofa bed was very comfortable and supportive. The main kingsize bed also v comfy. The place was spotless. Just perfect and so central - we walked everywhere. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and looking forward to a return visit"

"Location is central to all landmarks, right at the heart of shopping streets and restaurants Service is excellent. Very efficient when you request for service. Two things to note - we stay on 3rd floor which we can hear the street band playing past 9 pm. To note If you have young children sleeping early. The bathroom door are glass doors !! You can see through when someone showering or using the toilet. there’s a big mirror facing the bathroom which is entirely see thru so there’s no privacy. Overall I would stay here again."

"I booked this boutique hotel for my honeymoon, expecting a seamless and special experience. Instead, the day before our flight to Lisbon, we were targeted by a sophisticated phishing scam sent directly through this hotel’s official Expedia messaging portal. The hotel’s account was compromised, and because the message came from their official thread, I trusted it and my credit card details were stolen. As a direct result of the hotel's lack of security, I had to spend the entire day before my honeymoon flight on the phone with my bank canceling my primary credit card. Traveling to Europe for our honeymoon without my main financial lifeline has caused an immense amount of stress and disruption. When I reached out to the hotel to give them a chance to take accountability and make it right—whether through a room upgrade or a partial refund for the massive inconvenience—they offered absolutely nothing. Expedia acknowledged the breach on their end and provided a goodwill gesture, but the hotel itself showed zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero empathy for ruining the start of our honeymoon. Do not trust this hotel with your data or your special occasions. Their security is compromised, and their management simply does not care about the fallout their guests experience"
