"We loved this hotel. Close enough to walk to everything in 5 to 15 minutes. The room was clean, and had a fun style. Staff were super helpful. We had minor issue which Paulo the manager fixed immediately. And Rita worked hard to help us organize our stay. "

"Kitchen was fully equipped. Apartment was spotless. Buffet breakfast was good and hearty. People working in restaurant were nice. Raquel at the front desk was very nice and helpful as were the two young men. Only thing was one of the bedrooms in building 20 was directly across from a very noisy bar and my cousin had trouble sleeping. Besides that, a very positive experience"

"Had an absolutely amazing stay. We had a wonderful room that had a lovely private patio. Breakfast was made to order, and always excellent. Plus there were always snacks and sandwiches, plus a nice little bar area. Everything was complementary. You could just leave some money if you wanted. The staff was beyond wonderful. They had a ton of suggestions for things to do, places to eat, even arranged for transportation to the airport. I can’t imagine we would ever consider staying anywhere else while in Lisbon. "

"This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff were incredible and always willing to help us. The hotel itself has many quiet places to relax, our favorite being the rooftop during sunset with a glass of wine! The fresh juices and coffee that were available all day were so appreciated for two tired tourist. The location is close to many popular locations, but just far enough away from it when you want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. This was just one stop on our honeymoon adventure, but we both agree that this was our favorite hotel that we experienced on our trip. If you love a personal hotel experience that makes you feel welcome and relaxed, this is the hotel for you!"
