Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, great amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We’re certainly going back to Lisbon and the Ferraria is our place to stay.

We stayed for my wife’s 50th birthday and the hotel left a chilled bottle of wine in our room one evening. The hotel room was nice and quiet.The staff were friendly and the location is busy but convenient. The only complaint is that the cleaning staff remove towels and slippers even when placed in area with intention to reuse. Overall a great stay and highly recommended hotel.

Overall a good stay and very friendly and accommodating staff. Buffet breakfast had many options, it's just that if someone stays for 5 days like we did it ends up getting old because it's the same breakfast items everyday. Would be nice to see a bit of variety.
