We didn't love the access to the unit as you need to go up the elevator, exit to another building and go down stairs. It was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. We liked the apartment, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, location was perfect, the bedroom is opposite the main street so you can't hear the party! It was close to Rossio train station, the mall, pink street, the water. Everything was wonderful. I recommend this place!!!

Beware there is a big difference between standard and premium apartments. We were not happy with the apartment we were given and were eventually moved to another one, which however had the disadvantage of being above a restaurant and was permeated with the smell of fried fish. Breakfast is delivered in a basket and consists of bread packaged in cellophane, butter, jam and some ham and cheese in plastic containers. Location is great if you intend to party, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. However, windows are double glazed and the level of noise is tolerable.

The property was wonderful and it was in an area with easy access and walkable to most things in the down town of Lisbon. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area but also a lot of bars and nightclubs. If you are a light sleeper the downside to this apartment hotel is the noise that goes on right outside until about 4 am when the bars close.

We loved staying in this hotel but did not realize we were staying in an area of late night entertainment. Bars are open until 2 pm and then another hour before the customers head out. Very noisy and even with earplugs it was a very uneven sleep, maybe more suited for younger people. That being said; we had wonderful service, a great breakfast basket with lots of food, a delightful rooftop patio. Furniture is a little dated but we enjoyed all of the landmarks around us.

-WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom and often cuts out. -Cars such as Uber or bolt can not enter the street because it’s too narrow. Walk to a pick up point even with luggage. -Water pipes seem to be banging when the bathroom sink or shower is on. - Mentions a washer/ dryer on the Expedia page but there was none. Must go to a laundromat near by.

Such a nice stay, front desk agent was so helpful, I stayed in loft, it was so nice, cozy and clean,but bed was the best, the most comfy bed during my trip. If you are looking for very quiet place to stay I don’t recommend this hotel/ apartments because bar across the street and all over lively hood. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again when I come to Lizbon
