At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. "Brilliant hotel. Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen. The staff here deserve special mentiin. I hope they receive a Christmas bonus this year. The staff are exceptional and very professional yet also friendly and helpful. The room and bed was so comfortable i cant wait to stay here again next time I'm in Cebu city. Close to Mango, Ayala and I.T. park. Just one small issue is 190 pesos for an ice tea. Its hard to tip when the price is so exorbitant "
