"Great location, walkable to many attractions. Very quiet while sleeping!! Breakfast had huge variety. Only complaints was cold poached eggs, bacon and sausages. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"It is a beautiful hotel but it was dirty and not maintained. House keeping was not good, they left our door ajar and add the "I'm out" door flag to the door. Sheets were not changed, trash cans were not emptied. We had to ask for toilet paper. No shampoo or soap in the room the first night. The area was loud with construction and homeless people. Emilia and Sebastian were fantastic at the bar and restaurant. It needs a good cleaning, a cleaning routine, new house keeping rules and a refrigerator in the room. Thankfully I brought a cooler with me. Over priced for what we experienced"

"Amazing castle hotel experience, in simple terms. Impeccably maintained castle with very helpful staff (Amir at check in was especially helpful as we got there around 0900, way ahead of checkin time). The rooms were nice for a hotel of this kind nothing outstanding. The breakfast for €15 per person was sumptuous and well laid out. The on premise restaurant is also very good. An amazing 1 night stay for.my wife n I, that we enjoyed greatly."
