"We stayed at The Raddison at the Port before our cruise. Check in was a breeze and the staff was some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered, from the proactive offering of the very fairly priced shuttle to the manager handing me a fresh bottled water after my run, The missing star was due to the bedding. The firm mattress was great for me, though not to the taste of some, the pillows were some of the flattest and cheapest I’ve experienced at a hotel. I hope that upgrade is forthcoming. We’d stay here again, I’ll just bring my own pillow since we’ll be driving next time. This property made me rethink Choice hotels in a positive light for sure."

"The beds in this hotel are terrible. It’s an older hotel that has been freshened up. Overall it was a nice stay. Nice bar area. Great beach access. Lots of public traffic going through hotel area to reach beach. "

"Room was clean, the pool was awesome, centered in a nice courtyard. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was incredible. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area"

"The room we were in was not inviting. #830 tub water handle come off, toilet barely flushed, windows so dirty you couldn't see anything, the tv had a 10sec delay between channels, and the ac wouldn't change temps to warm up the room. The valet cost more per day than the parking garage across the street,was never informed about self parking not being available until it was too late. And the food was way to expensive "

"Very happy with my stay. I stayed in an oceanfront suite with balcony, great ac , very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the view, staff was friendly and hotel in very safe area and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. I’m definitely going back. "

"Dirty bathroom, a door that was not properly secured, sketchy people, and to top it off. Roaches! Left in the middle of the night after traveling alone with my child because the roach was the final straw. I do NOT recommend unless you’re okay with risking shady vibes and possibly catching a rash or bringing home some critters with you. "
