We booked an Executive room for two for me and my daughter in Trident with airport pick. Transportation was accurate very transparent, and the driver was awesome with customer service. We arrived to the hotel. Dharia was waiting for us in the entrance. She took us to the room when we processed our check-in And demonstrated the room facilities and she was super accommodating and nice. The hotel looked very good and we had an amazing experience. Everything thing was great and the staff was exceptional, especially the ones from the restaurant at level 1.

Very nice...people left me alone and didnt bug me all the time asking if everything is ok or not..

This was fabulous stay as we were ideally placed close to all amenities, Even the Dubai Shopping Festival was going on at the same time so the block behind the hotel was a buzz with activities and stalls. Close to Deira City Centre, Metro and the in house tour coordinator was brilliant. Only down side was the lack of free WiFi in the rooms and the need to remind the front desk that we were three people staying and needed the extra toiletries and towels (but that is me being too strict in judging...
