"This is the perfect location to stay in Tulsa if you are going to attend an event at the BOK ( 5 minute walk) or vicinity. It is 15 minutes walk from arts district and Dylan center. Apartment is in a very nice building with plenty of easy and cheap street parking . Keep in mind this is downtown Tulsa so there are homeless people in the streets but not as much as other areas ( Dallas , Portland downtown for example) mainly at night but on an event there is a lot of police around. "Parking was a nightmare. Door code didn't work. They made me us some external service (Truvi) to verify my identity before they would give me the code. In addition, I had to pay 35 for insurance or 500 deposit. It was not very clean at all. I ended up only staying one night instead of 2. Do not recommend. "

"We stayed for a few nights and it was great. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was so cute. Very well stocked with kitchen items, and plenty of towels! Really a good location that was close to many things. The street parking was easy to find a spot most of the time. The hallway smelled like smoke but you could not smell it in the apartment at all. We didn’t hear any neighbors, either. Loved that they had a steamer, but of note there was not a full length mirror in the apartment. Super...
