"We stayed at the Kantu for 9 days. There was a mix up at check in which resulted in us not having the room we booked. The alternative room was ok. Rooms were very clean but a bit on the basic side. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but did its job. The Kantu is a great location. There was a lot of noise during the day as renovations were taking place."

"Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system."
