"TV not working properly during our stay and no maintenance was working on site overnight so no one could fix it. Staff was not very pleasant about us having a dog, even though the place is “pet-friendly.” Bathroom floor was very sticky. We have a crawling baby so I notice things like that. Overall not worth the large price tag."

"The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very spacious. And the staff is so genuine and friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cleveland area."

"Overall it was a great space and the location was perfect. My only complaint was how low the ceilings were upstairs. Worked out fine for this trip but had I brought the rest of my tall family they would have had to slouched upstairs for sure. Communication was great and it was a very cute house. "

"Absolutely gorgeous site, I rented for a one-night stay with my wife to celebrate her birthday and she raved about it. We loved the fireplace, which kept us cozy while we spent a quiet night together, the cabin itself was beautiful, and very clean! We will definitely be back!!!"
