Very pleasant stay, I definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Parking 2 mins walk away.

Excellent hotel, well situated with very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was superb, clean, large, modern, with coffee making facilities and a mini bar.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I expected quite a standard service but it exceeded my expectations. The decor is cool, location was very handy for the beach and centre and the room itself was lovely and had its own terrace. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but if I return to Biarritz I’d definitely consider going back here.

Gorgeous property with very helpful staff. Heated pool, and walking distance to city. It’s a small hotel but has everything you need. Dining is limited, but their sister hotel across the road has a restaurant and plenty of options close by.

Relais St Jacques is a Neat and Tidy small hotel, only a few minutes walk to the old town and seafront of St Jean de Liz. An excellent location for our 2 night short stay. Parking is an issue throughout this busy town, but a previous review gave good advice about some free spaces right outside the hotel. They are right on the roundabout outside the hotel. We spent 4 nights here. It is a small hotel in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, the food market and a base to start a ramble around the centre. Room was comfortable, not very big, but had everything we needed. Shower was spacious with a large showerhead. The hotel feels more like a guesthouse. There is a small bar but the front doors close early( you have a code for the door) so we did not avail of it as it was closed when we came in. We would recommend it highly!

A wonderful hotel in its own right. In a beautiful location made all the more special by the amazing staff. They could not help any more if they tried. Each guest was made feel very special whether at check in or anywhere else. Bravo
