"Very nice stay. Hotel and room were clean. Check in/out was easy. Continental breakfast was okay (the apple juice dispenser only provided water). Would stay here again."

"Instructions were clear. Picture window with view of the lake is perfect!! Being able to sit outside by the lake is pleasant. Inside is comfortable. Easy to find. Not far from Sleeping Bear dunes, area lighthouses, area parks and Traverse City. Very enjoyable and pleasant weekend get away.! Jeni H"

"Loved the cleanliness and dispite tragedy of the RV was very modern and functional. Hot water was scarce but I think I didn't turn turn on the water heater. Loved it!!"

"The rooms have been nicely refurbished. However several details needed attention they are the following: 1. The TV reception is very bad a station would be on then go off for several minutes, come back on only to go black again for several minutes. No point in trying to watch anything. 2. The coffee maker did not work. We tried in several outlets but it did not light. 3. The shower was very difficult to adjust the temp, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. For safety I would strongly recommend an upgrade to a better controller that is easy to control. I finally gave up on having a good shower. 4. Also for safety sake I would also recommend eliminating the multiple extention cords that have been used to extend power to multiple devices in favor of a safer extention of power using conduit. In summary it was good for a one night stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer."

"It's off season in northern Michigan...but, the stay was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Easy check in and at door parking. All we could ask for."

"Everything was perfect, we had a great time and any issues the owner was on the spot with answers. Check in and check out was great, they were very flexible! They had several extras they took care of as well to make it even nicer. Some things weren’t perfect but nothing ever is and we were very happy. Thank you again"

"This is our 3rd time staying here and it never disappoints. The room was very clean and made you feel like you were home. It’s been 5 years since we stayed last and I noticed the room has been painted and a change in decor. It was nice to see they strive to keeping the place inviting. Love staying somewhere with big fluffy towels and pillows not typical of most hotels. I appreciated the personalized communication from staff before, during and after our stay. "
