A newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the best location in Nea-Chora with incredible views, 5 minutes walk from the old town (less than 1km) and 2 minutes walk from Nea-Chora beach (200m).
The apartment is 76sqm. It has a big spacious foyer, a kitchen that is open to the living room, only separated by a dining table. 1 master bedroom that has 1 king size bed (200x180) and another bedroom with a queen size bed (200 x 160), 1 toilet / bathroom, and big balconies in the front and back of the building.
The apartment is on the 3d floor with a small elevator. The building has recently been entirely renovated externally.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, a cooking stove and any cooking appliances you may need and has a microwave and a filter coffee percolator. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen for your comfort, as well as a laundry machine.
The living room has a 75” smart TV and a stylish modern sofa 1 meter wide - very comfortable for sleeping (it's not an opening sofa-bed)
