We got there early evening so didn't notice there was no hot water until the morning when 5 people had to take cold showers. "The only reason this place got even one star was the location: in Crumlin, near relatives, good shopping and transit. The guidance we received included the wrong Wifi password. It took a day and many exchanges with Kevin/Krishna to straighten out. As well, the guidance gave us the wrong locations. for the thermostat and the router. There were many other things wrong:- the smoke alarms were just lying around, not installed on the ceiling.- the CO alarm was also just lying around and buzzing;...
