"While there were parts of our stay we enjoyed, we also feel as if the mark was missed several times. To begin, we had an absolutely terrible experience at ‘Next’ the lobby bar. It was very unclear if we were meant to seat ourselves or be seated by staff but that didn’t seem to matter, we sat at a table and a very unenthused, very unfriendly employee just asked what we wanted to drink. No welcome or water offered. We ordered and waited 22 minutes for cocktails on the menu, things the bar should...
