"Pros: Its sparkling clean and well set up for guests Cons: You can hear the constant train, the garden has broken cement and no rails on the steps and is quite dangerous. This combined with an active wasp nest prevented us from using the garden. As photo 15 demonstrates- you cannot walk around the bed in the smaller room so one person must roll over the other person. "We have been staying at the Sofitel Heathrow since 2011 and continues to be a brilliant start to our holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and kept very well. We booked a room with club lounge access and again treated to great service. The wine and nibbles were excellent, served by two lovely and friendly gentleman (sorry forgot their names). Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cold items or you could order hot food. Again good service. Only one minor improvement would be extra USB sockets in the room. "
