"The improvements which could be made to improve the property would be to have a shower, there is only a shower attachment on the bath and with the sloping ceiling it resulted in having to kneel down in the bath to shower, a pain for hubby. There were also a few cracks in the bathroom floor which could do with being fixed as water marks on ceiling below. No washing machine either which with a family would make it very difficult. Rugs in living room really need replacing, I’ve given it 4 stars due...

"Poor communication with Hotels.com. Messages unanswered. Had to ring to get key code as was anxious no contact had been made. Disconnected after trying to get through several times. The Jubilee Hotel East- with Spa Facilities

"From arrival we were greeted with a happy smile. Check in was pretty straight forward but a bit long winded with all the forms. The room was clean and tidy and suited for our stay. Location amazing about 10 minute walk to town through beach walks. As family we went for food in the bar/restaurant in the evening and it was faultless. There was entertainment which was such a joy. The food was delicious. My partner had chicken platter and I had the brisket platter and it was to die for. We all as family can't wait to return (including the dog). Any fault i would say was parking we weren't able to park straight away but the hotel moved the car for us into the car park."

"The room was a good size, we had a family room for 5. The room was clean and tidy and good amenities in the room itself. The best aspect was the seaview which was fantastic helped by some good October weather. We didn't use the bar much as we were visiting relatives who live in Weymouth - but it looked good with plenty to do. The best thing about staying in the older hotels on the front is access to the beach/Weymouth centre, room size and view. Overall very happy with the hotel and the price. Would definitely stay again - thanks."
