"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

"Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. No phone reception in the area and NO wifi in the rooms. Stayed on a business trip and one of three rooms had heavy mold stains and the room itself was not properly cleaned. It is also located right next to a noise highway, so you hear cars and noisy public transport at all times. Found out when paying that if you book on other sites...

"Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. "

The manager was so helpful and kind. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong date and booked an extra day (not sure how I managed that). The manager completely took care of us and not only prepared a room for us, but she sorted things out with Expedia so I was reimbursed for the extra booked night and...
