"The room wasn't as clean as expected. The electric outlets didn't work. Someone came rapidly to fix it. At the restaurant, the server didn't bring us water like the others neither come back to see how we were doing. It is a good quality price. Even with those inconvénients, we would go back for a short journey. One or two days."

"Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast and lunch snacks reasonable, tasty and plentiful. Was disappointed to have a small double sized bed and nothing bigger available. Given the room size I’m sure the beds could be larger. My husband suffers a bad back and I have recently had a stroke. In my opinion an executive room would at a minimum have a king size bed."

"I felt unsafe and we had to stay somewhere else. It's not at all like the photos. The room door was not secure and had clearly been broken into before. The front door was open and did not appear to be able to be close. There was a loose wire on the floor outside the bathroom. The desk was damaged. The beds were poor quality and the bedding shabby. The room was dirty with dead flies on the windowsill and sugar all over the side. There was broken glass on the driveway. The staff do not answer the phone."

"This hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Customer Service was outstanding. It’s very very close to the cruise port. There were many restaurant/pubs nearby! We would definitely stay there again!"
