"Cleanliness requires attention. Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . "

"Parked at Sainsbury's using JustPark then five mins walk to accom. Easy to find and was on top floor in the roof conversation. VERY warm night and almost slept outside instead. Couple fans would have been great. Bed was comfy. Shared shower and kitchen spaces with the other residents "

The difference being that the accommodation had access to a kitchen and appeared to be presented well on paper. We booked for two nights.
