Perfect hotel for children!

Perfect hotel if you are visiting Peppa Pig World! The attention to detail and everything for kids is brilliant; everything from the playroom, the voucher for a milk and cookie and plastic cutlery and plates for breakfast. Can’t fault this hotel at all, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We loved the room and the convenience of having the restaurant downstairs. The staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. Easy access to the airport and the cruise ship port.

Had a nice relaxing few days here. Hotel was busy with lots of families and had to book swimming and breakfast time slots which was fine and ensured it wasn't overcrowded.

Nice stay - we'll be back!

Good stay, rooms have been refurbished recently and are looking well for a face lift. Service on reception and at the bar lovely and friendly as always. Slight personal gripe in that I hate twin beds zipped together being classed as a double - I understand from business perspective but spend all night either in the dip or freezing as the duvet isn't big enough to cover both!

Stayed in a wonderful disabled room. Excellent bathroom facilities with roll in shower. One of the best we’ve stayed in for disabled access. Buffet breakfast out of this world. Feels much more quality than premier inn would defo stay again if cruising from Southampton again.

The hotel was fresh & clean. We decided against eating there for our evening meal as the vegetarian choices weren’t great. The breakfast was good & the chef had vegetarian sausages when we asked. Apart from the noise from tiny children it was a great breakfast.
