"I had a whirlwind stop, not getting to the hotel till 9.30pm, what was nice, was to be shown to the room and not just handed a key. Room was spacious and modern, lovely and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent. I didn't get chance to explore but the setting at the rear with the river looked glorious."

"Lovely one night stay whilst in Frome for a wedding. Had the quadruple family room which was great. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast is simply excellent. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Frome."

"Very nice old inn with abundant charm and a gently rolling countryside feel that makes navigating the halls a challenge after a few pints in the bar. The staff was very friendly and happily offered a recommendation for an indian restaurant across the street. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. Great on site breakfast. The full English breakfast kept me full for a long day of site seeing at Stonehenge. If we’re ever lucky enough to be back in the area we will definitely stay again."

"Loved it here! We stayed for 2 nights and are already planning our next visit. The food was exceptional: afternoon tea was one of the best I have ever had, and the Mediterranean breakfast was delicious. Spa facilities are lovely, as are the staff in the spa and the treatments they provide. We loved the heated outdoor pool, and spent plenty of time in it even though the weather was a bit dull and rainy. Didn't matter! The room we were in was spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel interior and lounge areas are cosy and well designed. Really feels like a relaxing, comfortable place to be. My husband's favourite part about Homewood: the pick'n'mix station at reception! A great touch, and we still talk about it. Can't wait to return!"

"Friendly and helpfull staff. Lovely breakfast. nice grounds and easy parking. Room was clean but a tad dated,as were other parts of the building. Stair carpets to first floor badly worn."
