I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "Looking at the pictures, we got the impression that this was a foodie place. That was not the case. Only cookies for breakfast was disappointing. Location is far from everything."

"Great location, neat and tidy and new. There is confusion on Expedia about what apartment we were booking as when we arrived at the image on Expedia, this was not the apartment we were staying out. The communication of this was poor. Rosella was prompt to help us and explian we had booked apartment accommodation but Expedia image incorrect.
