"We had a fantastic stay at B&B La Boheme - the rooms were huge, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfasts were excellent too. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. The staff were really helpful and carried our bags to our room as there is no lift. The hotel is a walkable distance to the old town in Lucca. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. "

"With pure hospitality upon us first stepping into the property, the staff were an essential element to the overall loveliness of our stay at Hotel San Marco. Knowledgable of their area, they were always willing to provide recommendations and transportation plans for the nearest cultural experiences.
The room was clean and modern, while the pool and surrounding lobby area encouraged community between guests and the endless opportunities to take in the Tuscan sunset."

"Lovely friendly B&B right in the centre of Lucca. Although the room was small it had everything you could need and there was also a sitting area by reception which was great. Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, good shower.

"We reserved a room that was on the second floor (in other words, the 3rd floor). We were hoping for a ground floor, but we were advised that was not available. However, we were moved to anothe location, with minimum stairs. We were very grateful!"
"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect just around the corner from several bars, which we loved - but be aware it can be noisy at night and also early morning if the bin collection is happening. The disadvantage about this place if you carry a lot of luggage is that there is nowhere to leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Also when I booked it said the property would contact you 72 hours in advance with check-in details - we had to chase for that as I never got an email. Overall a nice stay but also space for improvements."
