The property owners were very kind, shared lots of local tips and suggestions on food, excursions etc. and accommodated all of our needs. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Love how there’s a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a coffee shop and even a tattoo parlor. Will definitely be staying here again!"
"This is a lovely hotel in an old palace in Florence. It has many levels (and therefore lots of stairs!) gorgeous old furniture , painted ceilings in public spaces. It's in walking distance of the train station and of the Duomo. We had a problem with the a/c in our room, but they fixed it promptly."
