"Amazing place to stay right in the centre of Bilbao The car parking was great - it’s a tight car park for bigger cars but right underneath the apartments. The hotels.com listing says that they don’t provide cribs but when you fill in the check in questionnaire you can request one for free and it was set up in our room ready. Completely clean and great facilities, small kitchenette was well stocked. Room and bathroom were both a great size. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Nice hotel very close to most things , especially the train station. Not really any local French charm like the smaller hotels in town. Check in staff very helpful, I had made a mistake on my reservation and they were able to help and resolve the issue without any fuss."

"Great hotel on the edge of the city, within walking distance of the old town. BUT it is high above the town, 323 steps up/down, following the ‘Camino de Santiago’ route. Great parking above ground with more underground. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Highly recommend."
