"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing.

Beautifully appointed hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom with lots of character. "We loved staying in this home just outside the city walls. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the old city and relaxing by the cool river. Our host Maria was very attentive."
"Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot.
Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience. "

The restaurant is decent, and the prices are fine. The gardens are lovely. Unfortunately I was unabelt o try the spa facilities but definitely will come again. "
